Electrocutioner is a recurring villain name used by multiple characters in DC Comics. The most well-known Electrocutioner is Lester Buchinsky.
Lester Buchinsky started as a disgruntled employee of LexCorp, seeking revenge after being fired. He designed an electrified suit to commit crimes, becoming the first Electrocutioner. He was often portrayed as a low-level, clumsy criminal, sometimes even comedic.
Following Lester's death, the Electrocutioner mantle was taken up by a woman. This unnamed individual was considerably more competent and dangerous than her predecessor. She was a mercenary and assassin, using the suit's abilities for more lethal purposes.
A later iteration of the Electrocutioner persona was created under the alias of David Clinton, who gained his abilities due to a villain team with new technology. All versions of the Electrocutioner share a common theme: the use of electricity as their primary weapon and a tendency to be associated with criminal activities in Gotham City, often tangling with Batman and other Bat-family members.
